Love this app!

Makes it so easy to use!

Great, but not perfect

Intuitive. Easy to use. Some funny quirks (the project name gets embedded in the notes at some unpredictable point.)

EASY to use

I am a small practice attorney. I bill everything--and OfficeTime can handle hourly billing, flat fee billing, and expenses. I liked the iPad app so much that I purchased the desktop version so that I can sync and make great looking invoices with ease. All of this cost me less than $75 bucks, and set me up to start my business in short order. I do recommend, however, that you give some particular thought to how YOU need to bill when you start to create projects and categories. I had to go through some trial and error, but I finally decided that client names would be projects and various legal tasks would be the categories (with the corresponding hourly rate attached). This way, I can bill at various rates.

Good app but

This app is working well for me even though Im using it to keep track of my subcontractors hours as well as mine and it is not really setup to do that but I am managing. My only two issues are: I wish the reports were easier to export and send to printers. The app keeps shutting down on me as I am adding hours to my jobs. Mostly as I am scrolling. Good app does everything else very well

Great time keeper

This is a good app for tracking your time for projects/work. It is relatively easy to use and does the job. Once I figured out the ins and outs, I was home free. Recommend OfficeTime as one app that works as represented.

Great app!

Easy to use with fast and helpful technical support. I have more than made up for the purchase price with time captured. Keeps notes from time sheets so they can be easily used again- love that. Really makes time keeping easy. Totally worth the money- pays for itself!! Just tried freshbooks (which is a monthly fee) because of a client preference. It was terrible. Quit that and referred this client to officetime instead. Love this app!

Love it!

After a somewhat bumpy start a couple of versions back everything is working fine. I use it on my iPhone primarily, but also my iPad and keep it synced on my Mac. Was worried when I upgraded to a new MacBook Pro, but everything was there. Had a good response from customer service when I had questions about this and when they issued information via Facebook about some small problems with an update. No complaints now. It is great that it syncs between my 3 devices and it generates invoices easily. The time-saving from that alone is worth the cost of the apps.

No iCloud support

App is great love many features and the integrated invoice creator. Am annoyed that I need to manually sync invoices to the computer, would prefer this was handled by iCloud.

Perfect

I just started a job where I have to track my time and I was struggling to find a system that was easy to use and flexible. I found it in this app. The developer is very responsive as well. The app is do intuitive that it is effortless (almost) to track my time. Thank you for the great product. I highly recommend.

It Works, I Like It

This works great for me because all I have to do is create the different projects I have to work on, then when Im ready, I click on a project and the timer starts. Then when Im done, I click on stop and it keeps the time I worked and I repeat this process for the next project. Very easy to use.

Love this app

Works perfectly. Doesnt crash. If only I could output directly to Quickbooks it would be perfection (and yes, I realize that is probably Intuits fault). I recommend it to all of my friends and associates.

Very Good and Easy to Setup & Use

I would have given this a five star review, but I did have it crash on me a few times.

Great App

I use this app to track all the different things that I spend my time on, both for work as a small business owner and also in my personal life just to help keep me motivated and see areas where I am spending too much time (such as watching tv). I love that you can create unlimited projects and categories to slot activities into. Well worth the money for the full version!

Great app but needs sync feature...

This is is great and easy to use. But if you use this app on your iPad or Mac, you MUST be under the same WiFi network to get all the information synced. It will help a lot more if the developer add background sync via iCloud, Dropbox or any other service. Furthermore, for next updates would be nice to see an updated user interface to match iOS 8.

The iOS version is pretty good

But be warned that if you want to do anything but the simplest of email exports you also have to buy the desktop version, and that one is riddled with bugs. Syncing is unreliable, I have had lost or corrupted data twice, and the options for outputting an invoice are pitiful. I almost always had to export to cvs and then use the data in a custom excel file to get anything worth handing to a customer.

I miss the little numbers above the icon that indicate how many projects are running. This was very useful in previous versions now missing for some months

Great to be able to track time across devices

No more remembering to copy stuff into my desktop app when I get home...

Great app

Ive used this on and off, depending on my level of tracking need at the time, and have been very pleased. Im anticipating that tracking will be even more efficient and effective with the advent of my watch and am looking forward to using them together.

Use this all the time

I use this app all the time. I have a suggestion that you place the timer in the lock screen.
