I started my own small consulting business in the fall of 2012 and purchased the iPhone app as well as the software for the MacBook Pro. This app is INDISPENSABLE for me -- it syncs to the Mac, prints invoices, etc. For the price they charge for it, it paid for itself in less than an hour, and whenever Ive had any minor issues (e.g., just recently having trouble syncing when I was traveling away from my office), they have been incredibly-fast with very helpful responses. My own view is that OfficeTime is one of the best kept secrets for tracking time -- Ive recommended it to many people who I know and I use it EVERY day!!! THANKS for a GREAT product that you have continued to enhance in the time Ive had it!

Wont share between devices, lost all my info when I got my new iPhone, wont let me add lunch and overtime info and cost additional money to get the program that will work on my mac ... a little disappointed!

Good app for tracking time. Does allow multiple timers. OfficeTime requires more drilling down through menus to create/setup separate jobs than most other mobile applications in this class. Wouldve been nice if a widget had been developed for the app (like other time tracking apps) to easily access current timers, this improving the expediency of using OfficeTime. Oh well. September 2015 No longer the best time tracking software for iOS. The competition added an iOS Today Widget for quick access to work timers over a year ago. I have found that one feature alone has improved my ability to effectively and quickly keep track of my on-site job timers. Sorry OfficeTime, you guys indicated great things were coming 12 months ago - NOT! October 2014 Needs a Widget for Quick Access Needs to add a Today Widget for iOS 8, like Hours Tracker. OfficeTime still the most complete, adaptable time tracking application available. Create multiple Projects, Categories, Pay/Wage Base Amounts & with different tax rates. Run multiple job timers simultaneously. Output in different formats of choice, enabling import of data into different desktop accounting systems or get the Desktop version of OfficeTime (available Mac & Windows). Needs easy access to timers with Today widget in iOS 8, like Hours Tracker.

I am all over the place estimating, designing and consulting- this makes it super easy to track every time I switch gears- jobs/categories/rates. Thanks guys, great app!

Ive used OfficeTime for years and its been great for tracking time and sending out invoices. This is fine for working at home but when I need to work on-site, I needed a way to track my time and this app is the perfect solution. It syncs with the desktop version at home so my invoicing is seamless! Great job!

Yes tracks time. No invoicing mechanism and the export to Excel has glitches and doesnt always export properly. Customer Service gave me a long work-around. Hey why not just fix it.

Super amazing app thats easy to use and work with. Create as many categories and projects as you want, and track your time as well as hourly rate for the particular task youre working on. Highly recommend:)
