Pros and cons of OfficeTime Time Keeper Pro app for iPhone and iPad

OfficeTime Time Keeper Pro app good for

Finally its possible to track your time from multiple devices without the need of internet access. The iPhone and iPad version syncs wia WiFi. Which is as well the only downside. Why is the no sync via DropBox or such?

I am using the application together with the desktop app and find it a perfect companion. It is ideal for quickly noting the time I spent on my daily projects on the way home and for the first time I have the satisfying feeling to have a complete and transparent overview on my working hours. The design is slick and straight forward. The desktop version definetly needs a redesign now to catch up with the app!

I am using OfficeTime for quite some time on my Mac. I found the app very useful as an add-on to track times on the road. I like the clean and useable design and its fast enough even on my old 3GS...

I use it on a daily basis in conjunction with the desktop app of which I have been a long time user. Bravo to the developers! Update: still in use, couldnt live without it. Great update for iOS 7 also!

Except this one actually earns me money instead of wasting my time!

Absolutely without question the best time tracking app. With OfficeTime on your phone or iPad never miss accurately tracking a minute; and with it on your computer you have a secure back-up with great reporting options (not that the iOS versions reporting is bad). For anyone whose time is money, this is simply a must have application at an incredibly fair price.

Some bad moments

Cant use Dropbox neither export to tolher apps without sending an email...

Good App but... . We need to sync datas with other IOS devices with iCloud and not via Desktop. Without iCloud Support is this App useless. Is this so difficult?

I purchased this expecting it to sync between iOS devices like most similar apps, but it will not. It seems that it will only sync with their expensive desktop software - and even without the price issue, Im often away from my computers when I want to update my times and dont want to return to a desktop in order for changes to be propagated across my devices.

Sure, it tracks time well and is nice to use, but thats only for time tracking. It falls down in a number of other areas. First, its expensive! Second, it can only export certain projects, not date ranges, so after that first invoice you either delete your data or keep adding and sort out the mess when you export. Exporting is weak, would be nice if it exported to .xls, and the text export comes titled with a huge string of Chinese(?) characters. Finally, theres no cloud integration, I cannot sync my data to use on an iPhone and iPad. In sum, save your money. Do a google search for best time tracking apps (this one is conspicuously absent from most lists) and dont rely on the results spit out by the App Store.

Anyone that gave this PAID version fo the app any stars at all is related to the developers. A quick $8 grap and Im not happy. The Windows desktop app has no resemblance to the iPhone or iPad app that I used. On Screen useless reports are available, nothing to paper. Interface far from intuitive. Good luck with this one!

Just lost $8.00. This is the most useless piece of garbage I have bought from the App store. UI completely useless. Far from intuitive. Found another one that works far better than this one. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APPS !!!
